There are a couple that i did not care for and would not listen to again, but generally, listening to the Hyperion series was a journey of incredible joy.
This is one of the reasons why i get angry when people praise concertos like the Schumann, as i feel there are hundreds that are by far superior.
Hopefully this series will continue for many years. There must be at least another 20 - 30 years worth of rarely/never played romantic type concerti.
