I would advice against it! Really, this picture looks like "the only known picture of the notorious Zheer is this grainy hidden-camera one", rather than "a rather nice photograph of the distinguished pianist Zheer" that it would be in normal lightning! Really, you do not need this kind of "trick"!

Here's a picture of me during a not-so-well-going meeting. How much lightning would it take to make me look better??

Now you've got me curious about what kind of modelling agency that was! Somehow the general idea I have about male models (you know: skinny girly-boy probably named Barry Hilton with the facial expression one one with just one-half of a brain cell and it is bored) doesn't quite fit with something like World Arm Wrestling Championships. For some reason I would more easily imagine you in a advertorial demonstrating the latest industrial chainsaw (Cuts Trees Up To 2 Meters Thick In Under Ten Seconds!!!) rather than showing the fashionistics Choice of the Month Gucci bag. And I'd like that chainsaw thing better too!
