you know, i was just thinking the same thing. i sort of see him climbing over several mountains right now, and trying to catch his breath - occasionally pulling out the pic for endurance purposes. he's kinda sweet you know. women like to see a man work really hard. there's something intrinsiquely flattering.
my hubby remembers details of stuff i tell him. like i told him yesterday - "someday you have to take a class with me in ballroom dancing." he made a strange face and acted like he never would, but then he gleefully brought home a book about ballroom dancing (as though that were good enough). i praised him for the effort, but then made it clear in no uncertain terms that a book wasn't good enough. i wanted a class, with a teacher, and live practice (not sitting together reading a book- which he likes to do). but, anyway, i thought he was nice to at least attempt to dance. he's embarrassed to do it wrong, but i don't care if he dances wrong. that's like telling someone they're playing music wrong. you can't do it wrong if you just try.
