We both know the interest rate it squat, so that's still just a $1.12.  Plus we'd have to factor in inflation and whether that's  US or Australian dollar and what that means in the future... And you know how my/our luck is.  You're going to end up owing me money.

Depends what kind of luck.   I usually don't have $1.12 type of luck.  And I don't have gigantic luck.... I'd say somehow skipping ahead in a timeline would go above gigantic luck (which would be on the order of winning the lottery).  My kind of luck is on the job/career level or "the day you miss that class it happens to be cancelled" type of luck.
