 Happy 150th Birthday, Claude Debussy!

If only he could see what France is like now, he would want to return to his grave!   :'(

If Superman (or Superwoman) ever strained to do something, that would imply there's a limit to their strength, wouldn't it?

This is one thing I never expected and was never prepared for in teaching training.

There's an effect more toward the beginning where they "steal" your attention back and forth.  Add more, like a group, and it's more realistic.  It makes your attention move back and forth, around to each person.  It's important that the topic of their conversation have no practical point, otherwise it would make sense and be less mentally draining.

Scheduling/blocking out time combined with breaking a project into pieces seems to defeat most things (combined with some goal adjustments, and that's if things are known.).

The problem is that that can take a lot more time than expected.  And time eventually runs out.

This is getting scary... It's like replacing talent/skill/practice with some computer tweaking.

It still sounds... super thin... fake.  The scary part to me is that it still sounds enough like music though.  The "lump of clay" "vocalist" could be so, so far enough from actually being able to do that.

Then again, I was thinking something in this area could be a way to expand music, something new.  Maybe the person generating things wouldn't have to be able to produce the end result themselves, if they could control a system that gets the product they want.

Add in things like auto-tune being pretty young... What could it evolve into in a hundred years?

Interesting.  I didn't know this had a name and was studied that much.  Makes sense though.
