You people seem smart.

It took my like an hour to assemble the floor stands for the monitors.

And I haven't even got the organ+pedals up yet, nor the mixer, nor the digital piano, nor the Rhodes, nor even some sheet music stands.

Yeah. right.

Chuck Rambo Norris would have done it!

(No, it's true, I've never blown the drivers out of the little KRK monitors, even using tons of bass....it's called restraint!)

Hmm… 🤔. Well I know it’s not what clocks normally look like. 3 of the 12 numbers are different but normal clocks are still basically a base 12 system. Just like feet and inches, months in the year, chromatic notes in the octave.
Why they don’t teach that in school …? Beats me, but maybe they should. Base 12 is clearly the superior counting system.
Factors of 10: 4 (1, 2, 5, 10)
Factors of 16: 5 (1, 2, 4, 8, 16)
Factors of 12: 6 (1, 2, 3, 4, 6, 12)
Base 12 wins.

Now I eagerly await my roasting  ;D

Every clock is a base 10 system. The numbers go 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, 7, 8, 9, 10, 11 & 12.

NONE of the other numbers are in any other base other than the base 10 system. Clocks are NOT a base 12 system.

No one uses feet and inches. HECK, even I didn't use feet and inches and I went through the first few formidable years in Scotland.

Again, the dates are all written in base 10 numbers; and who the hell cares if there are more factors of 12 than there are of 10. No one cares.

Why not base 60? The factors of 60 are 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, 10, 12, 15, 20, 30, 60. What's your point???

Why don't they teach base 12 in school??? Because no one gives a crap about it, and it's IRRELEVANT!!!

normal clocks are still basically a base 12 system
