Back from Maestro's, I can't stop thinking about a funny coincidence in the people I was seated next to on my flight there and back. On my flight out, I happened to sit next to this woman who is also a local piano teacher (where I live) and who had recently referred a couple of students to me. She and I had not formally met but knew of each other, and we just so happened to be seated right next to each other on our flight out ! Then, on the way back, I just so happened to be seated next to the same fellow I had been seated next to on my way back 6 weeks ago !! What the ?? He and I had an interesting connection the first time, and it's just so strange to me that we randomly were seated next to each other AGAIN !

That stuff happens, but to have both of those things happen this weekend was just pretty ... well, it was great

. This was the first time I hadn't specified what seats I wanted, and to my knowledge I didn't know anybody else on those flights ... I just happened to get seated next to some form of only acquaintance I had on those flights. CRAZY cool

.
And, a number of people recognized me when I went back this time, and I had these great and truly friendly conversations with my shuttle drivers. All of that was somehow kind of cool and unexpected

.
Also, vivo Lo Maestro !!
