I'm thinking I've never seen Superman leap a tall building.  Never.  And if he did, he would probably look a bit silly.  You can't really "leap" over a skyscraper.

I wonder if there will be a Halloween movie sequel in the future where Michael Meyers is getting around in a wheelchair.  He might not die, but he would get old.  Someone else might have to help him stab people at some point too.

bah ... right now I'm kinda struggling with a mildly severe case of piano envy over my friend's Bose.  Mine seems like a piece of plywood to me right now (sorry senor piano, I'll work it out !  I still love you ... on some level ... haha).

Plywood. :D ;D

Originally, Superman didn't have the power to fly.  It was added later on.

Well I think Superman would like a bit stupid leaping around.  More like Cricketman or Grasshopperman maybe.

I'm wondering if 'you' exist ?

Beyond, beyond, beyond ... far, far beyond ...
the words, the thoughts, the opinions ...
Past the screaming, past the clashing, past the things that clutter and clang ...
hear me, hear me, hear me ... my voice is speaking ...
to you it's a heart that sang ...
a silence, a silence, a silence ... a peace, a peace, a peace ...
I will touch you everywhere.

(Bob contemplates being the first being to "mark" Mars, perhaps even using martian water in the process.)

(Bob is glad "Bob" is so short and does not include any i's or t's.)

I heard they figured out a way to speed up the trip.  Ion engine or something.  Reduce it to 40 days instead of four months.  Something like that.

Although a deep sleep for a few months does sound nice.  Marvelling at the scenery would be second on the list of things to do after waking though.

I'm wondering... If a student falls alseep during a lesson, is it ok to poke them with a stick?  Not a hard jab, just a poke in the gut to wake them up.  Maybe a firm poke with a stick in the gut.  Otherwise they might not wake up.

I'm wondering if what could be called "fate" might just be a series of events all clicking together to affect your life, something not under your control, but just part of the natural process of things.  Not that there's a devine presence pulling the strings, but that larger things outside your control are clicking together to really affect your life for good or bad.

I'm also thinking it's lunchtime.  (Bob wonders what fate has in the fridge.)

If K has a previous incarnation as more than one woman, then so be it; your choice to reflect this is yours alone. There is nevertheless no need for your request to "BOG OFF", since I do not live close enough to a bog of any kind (much as it may sometimes feel otherwise) and I had in any event merely been seeking to point out that there appears to be only one Karli, previous incarnations or no previous incarnations.

Nope, never been more than one woman !  Sometimes I am such a tiny little nugget that I could be stowed in somebody's pocket, but, really, my inner being is morbidly obese ... like as humungous as the entire Universe !  Okay ?

And in that bog ... there was an Alistair ... on that branch, on that tree, on that island, hey ho the rattlin bog, the bog down in that valley oh, hey ho the rattlin' bog, the bog down in that valley oh !

Okay, but really, Alistair, DO NOT go near the bog !  I demand it !!  It's not a fun place at ALL  >:( >:( >:( :o 8)

hmmmm ... good question.  Of course, everything I said and meant were metaphoric ( :P) but, don't you think that devouring anybody, even -- or especially -- metaphorically, would cause a bout of "indigestion" ?  I mean, everybody's got some "stuff" inside of their souls that is perhaps not going to necessarily be easy for me to digest, especially the type of person I am prone to wanting to devour ... there's going to be a lot in there and it's probably not always going to be easy choking them down  ;D ... K. - I have no idea - largely because I have never sought to "devour" anyone, metaphorically, physically or in any other way (if indeed there are any other such ways); just composing a piece of music is quite difficult enough (a fact that you, who have heard at least one of mine, might well be better placed to appreciate than some others)...
