No, it's one of Nils's things.  Cunt isn't considered a "bad word," in many Anglophone regions, but "pregnant dog" and "son of a pregnant dog" are.

I'm sure it could be easily added to the blacklist, but it isn't, so I assume it's OK.  However, there is probably a graphic usage bordering on pornographic that would be unacceptable.  So, it's a special case depending on usage and context, as far as I can tell.
